    I've been trying to call these guys for a week now. There's 2 numbers listed on their website - sometimes it's an engaged tone and other times it just rings & rings with no answer.

    I'm only looking for a tiny part (Plastic clips for roof - to cover holes where roof bars go) so just wanted to call in advance to see if they had any of the same type of car before making the trip out there.

    Anyone know what's the story with the phones? are they crazy busy or just don't bother answering?

    Yes tried both numbers numerous times.

    They tend to be very busy... They have a huge yard and in all likelihood would have at least a couple of whatever model of car you have. It's one of the last places that still lets you walk the yard yourself to scavenge

    Took a trip out there today. managed to get 2 of the 4 plastic clips I was looking for. i got there late and they close at 1. I might try it again next week if the weather's any better (assuming the country isn't on full lockdown)...
