ICU Easter Festival 2020

    Some time ago the ICU announced some all-play-all events for Easter Week but the response seems pretty sparse apart from the Norm Events.

    In the 1800+ category, there is only entry and it has been that way from the start. In the lower rated categories where three events were proposed there is only one entry.

    Is this because play that week is unpopular or is it the coronavirus? Or is that nobody wants to play a certain individual who posts here frequently?

    Maybe ICU should save money by cancelling their hotel booking and hold the norm events somewhere private?

    Easter is a long way off yet and some people are afraid to put their names down early for round robins in case opponents prepare for them. I'm sure that there will be a decent entry in time.
