    Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone on here has done the above course and how have they found it? Workload wise? I have one smaller and am due another in September but would consider doing it the following year.

I’m based in Tipp and there are other courses closer to me but they are Masters qualifications and they are longer in duration. I already have an MEd so I don’t know if I could do it all again!

Any feedback on the course would be great.TIA.

I know someone currently doing this on a p/t basis and there appears to be a lot of workload. Lectures every 2nd Friday & Saturday. 90% attendance requirement.

Where is the course you are looking at based?

Thanks for that. The one I’m looking at at the moment is in Maynooth. It’s one year part time. The others seem to be two years part time.

There was a very high application (over 100 from what I can remember) for the 2019 one Maynooth and only something like 20 places. DCU have one with outreach centers so that increases the number of available places if there's a location near.

The day I had my interview last year there was over 100 there and they were interviewing over several days so a lot more applicants than 100. Some I spoke to Were interviewing for the second or third year.
