Inheritance Tax - Date of Valuation with multiple probates?

I'm Executor of an Irish "Estate" with assets in Ireland, the UK and Jersey. All beneficiaries are entitled to their share of all assets. I have just received Grant of Probate in Ireland, and am pursuing UK and then Jersey Grant of Probate (The registrars managing various shareholdings are based there)

Am I right in thinking that the Date of Valuation will be date the last Grant of Probate is received, or do I have to value the assets based on their respective Grants of Probate?

Revenue guidance is not very helpful..

Actually, once I receive the final Grant of Probate I will still need to do a Tax Return so based on Example 1 on this page, it sounds like it wont be until final taxes are settled. Can anyone confirm?
