Eir broadband help

    Hello, any help would be appreciated, so i was doing some redecorating and had to move disconnect the phone broadband lines.

    Can someone please tell me if i have the cables inserted correctly because i am getting nothing so far in terms of internet connection.

    I have the ZyXEL F2000 modem

    Hi Jack Five,

    The opposite end of the cable plugged into the DSL socket on the back of the modem should go into the other socket on the white enclosure, not the one with the telephone symbol over, the one that looks like a computer screen. Hopefully, that should sort it for you.

    Eir Broadband went down on Friday - LOS Red light flashing. Any idea what this means?
    Can technicians fix from outside or would they need access to the home?
