Bits of grout blocking shower drain - how to unblock

    Hi,

    My shower is on a tiled wet room floor, and the drain is a square one with a small hole in the centre of it, under a filter.

    It looks like some hard pieces of grout got under the filter and are blocking the waste pipe close to where it leaves the house (the water drains quickly until the pipe backs up to the drain).

    Any ideas on how to unblock it?

    the drains generally have 2 screws in them to lift up the cover and unblock and blockages, are there any on yours ? any pics ?

    as above, need to see photos. first thing that popped into my head though, was pour a bucket of water from as high as you can
