Can anyone log in and actually proceed to do something like look up tax without getting a "We're sorry" and random codes?

Sometimes I’ve found it helps to clear history etc in browser when it does that. Remember your digital cert is copied into the browser so you’d have to reload that again from the login screen.

Yeah, I’ve been having difficulty for that last few days.

And their Revenue App/ Expenses tracker is woeful. I managed to upload one lot of medical expense receipts and since then, 'nada'.

Back to pen and paper I suppose.

That's only to upload the receipts so the proof is there for your claim via a form 12 return via Myaccount. Did you fill one in?

    Thank you!
I was getting 403 error on revenue.ie, after having cleared the cookies it's back to normal.
From time to time I forget about this simple solution for some reason despite of many pages asking me about cookie settings. :(
