Jobseekers Benefit

Does anyone know what exactly it means when they say Jobseekers Benefit is unpaid for the first 3 days of your claim?

I applied for JB the first day I became unemployed, 14/02/2020.

I had a meeting on the 17/02/2020 and got a letter saying I had been approved, payable from the 17/02/2020 which was the Monday.

I am getting my first payment tomorrow 26/02/2020.

Does this mean I will get arrears full 2 weeks payment? Or only 1 week and 4 days since the first 3 days are unpaid? (ie 17/02/2020 when it was approved to 20/02/2020)

Or will I get 2 full weeks does anyone know?

    Thanks
