Swivel seat

Just a general question. Wife drives a fiesta at the moment and soon will need to change to a slightly higher car soon. I have a focus which she finds easier to drive.
Before we go searching is there any model that a swivel seat for driver works better ? Most modern cars tend to be fitted quite tightly so having a seat for ease of access could be difficult.
    Thanks

It can be done but not as original equipment. I had a sick relative who had a customised passenger swivel seat fitted to a CMax. Looked stock and worked well.

Might be a good place to start?
