Does anybody know the pay grades are at Lidl? I know that they are pay a living wage of €12.30 at entry level but I was wondering what the pay grade was at say level 4? I've checked on the likes of Glassdoor but I couldn't find anything conclusive. Thanks

I know managers are paid well but you earn every penny.

True they get the same money ever month no matter how many extra hours they do. When I worked their a lot of deputy managers especially got burnt out

Store level. I heard that they use a graded payment structure, so level 1 would be €12.30 entry level.
