At this juncture we wouldn't be able to guarantee anything.
I'd recommend you contact our helpdesk directly (help@blacknight.com) with more details and they can advise on possible options, but please bear in mind that the process for moving email accounts over to ourselves wrapped up in the middle of last year, so the account(s) may have been deleted by BT in the interim.
