    Buddy buying the 1.4 petrol version. Its a 2007
    Mileage is 190k kms, which in my mind is high for a petrol.

    It gets good reviews, its got the VW basics I'm sure.

    But appreciate any feedback before I give him the nod to go view it.

    Its down for 2k euro

    It’s a big car for such a weak engine - 0-60 in 15 seconds (assuming it’s the non turbo).
    The engine itself doesn’t have a fantastic reputation.
    It seems quite overpriced, unless it’s from a dealer with a warranty. It’s more a €750-1000 car IMO.

    Thanks Colm. Ya it does seem small for that size.
    Closer to a 1.9 for that size I'd say.
