I have good strong double glazed windows in my house, there are a number of large windows that have drafts or leaking, I think the windows need to be refitted as they were not fitted properly originally. Any easier suggestion, I have tried fillers etc but no use.

You probably should have used air tight tape around the window frames on the inside with expanding foam first to fill in the gaps between the frame and the opening which is standard procedure.
