This is a recurring problem which has been fixed eventually. The other channel affected was BBC 4. It has been admitted in the past that the problem is not at my end, one tech told me it was a BBC problem? I would I like to know if anyone has had this problem. I could understand having no sound on all channels but on one…

I could understand having no sound on all channels but on one (or on occasion 2) seems very odd.
