My smoothie is acting as an indicator?

I'm curious about something I've noticed...

I make a pink smoothie (raspberries, greek yogurt, bananna, orange) in a clear plastic container.

    Drink it.

Few mins later rinse it out with tapwater.

The water turns milky blue /green.

I've tried a adding the water a little bit at a time, the water is initially pink (as one would expect) and at a certain point it changes to blue/green.

Is there some kind of chemical reaction happening?
Is my smoothie functioning as an indicator and showing the ph?

    Thanks!
