Orthopedic Surgery after accident abroad

I just had an accident abroad, broken bone and torn muscle. I will be coming to Dublin on Sunday with all images but my medical documentation in foreign language. The doctors here allow me to travel on a condition that there's an orthopedic surgery that will see me on Monday to do blood morphology and check for clotting issues.
Last time I had similar issue (a cut with stitches done abroad), all my local surgeries refused to see me because of foreign documentation.
Any ideas how to proceed to find an orthopedic surgery that will see me?
