    Much appreciated, if anyone on here is a certified installer and is inserted in calling to fix will they send me a PM. From what I believe its a window sensor giving an issue but there is no engineers code so not sure if it would have to be redone. House is in Dublin9

    Looks like a Concord system to me.
    You can request the engineer code off P.W. for that system.
