We hope to do renovations to the house in the next couple of years, and one thought is to remove the suspended floor and replace it with concrete. Does this make sense to do ? Also, would anyone know what the cost of concrete would be for, in feet, 11*30*1.5 ?

You need to price in insulation as well.

    Whats the rationale?
1.5 feet is 18 inches so maybe 18 months to dry out
