New update for Australia WHV

I am looking for information about the new updated WHV that grants an extension of the applicants that complete Seasonal work. I have completed the 1 year WHV in 2015 but didn’t do any Seasonal work. Is there an opportunity to get a 2nd year WHV to complete farm work with the new rules? Thanks.

Same rules do 3 months specified work on first visa, no specified work no visa no exceptions.
