Hi guys. Just a quick question, I’m interested in a house that’s going for auction, how much approx would a solicitor charge for examining a legal pack.

For info appears house appears to have been left to adult children after owner passed away. Would be a cash sale

    Rough idea would be great

You should take a look at the other current thread on auctions, the op in that thread will testify about the importance of getting a Solicitors Pre Auction Report (SPAR) before you bid.

If it’s at auction, there is a very good chance there is an issue with title or property itself. Auctions are buyer beware, know what you are doing before you go.

Your question about costs should be directed to solicitors you are considering.
