Is this tyre pluggable?

So i went out to my car and found the front tyre flat and a screw embedded in it. I know that anything in the sidewall is not pluggable but what about this one? It seems to be on the cusp of the sidewall but i'm not 100%.

I'd plug it and keep her as a spare tbh.

    What size are they?

Meh, if it was mine, I'd plug it (have my own kit).
BUT - it may not pass NCT.
Section 36 (i) is a fail if "Repair plug fitted in the sidewall".

    Anything is possible to plug.

Not safe to plug that IMO.

I got a plug in that exact spot and they did say it may not last and that I might need a new tyre, that was a few weeks ago

A blowout at 70mph is not very pleasant-and that was with a brand new tyre- don’t risk it for the sake of a few bob.

Anything outside the central (flat) area if treads is not safely repairable. That's on the shoulder of the tyre - I wouldn't risk repairing that.
