Hi folks is there any handy way of removing cappings that have been glued on with expanding foam?
I went with bolster and hammer but it is not shifting at all. Only damaging the brickwork below. Thanks

You can use a piece of twine or string to cut through the expanding foam if you can get at an angle to saw with the string.
