PVC Doors

Having a bit of trouble with PVC double doors in my house. There's a draught getting in under one of the doors, and rain too when the weather is particularly bad.

X marks the spot where the draught/rain is getting in.

I've also noticed that the gap between the doors is much larger at the bottom than it is at the top.

Is there anything I can do to fix it?

    Thanks in advance

There is adjustment on the hinges.
If the gap is bigger at top,
You can adjust hinge to even that up which will drop the leaking door slightly at the trouble spot.
Have you clearance at the floor to do this?
Dropping the door leaf slightly may help get more bite on seals.
Check all seals also to ensure no issues.

Which hinge should I adjust? All of them or just the bottom one?

Plenty of clearance all around really.

I'd adjust both on the left door as viewed from inside.
Lengthen the top hinge to narrow gap between top of doors and shorten the bottom one also possibly. Just small amounts.
