Have had this credit for years, however I have only noticed that it has first appeared on the 2019 SOL, it has never been on any previous P21, but, is shown on the TCC for each year for the last 10 years. It would seem that the tax liability on the SOL/P21 has not been reduced according to the relevant rate each year…

Any ideas?
