I have recently been asked to fit a twin socket under a stairs , the space is enclosed with a door.
The house owner told me she intends putting a small freezer under the stairs, I'm a bit hesitant over ventilation and possible fire risk.

Anyone any opinion on this and I am an electrician.

I think you are correct to state your concerns. However you can’t possibly be held responsible for what an end user plugs into sockets that have been installed by you in a manner that is compliant with the rules.

You could suggest that the home owner emails the manufacturer of the freezer.
