Excel Compare 2 Worksheets

I have 2 worksheets both located in the one file which I need to check for differences.
Both sheets are the structurally the same - Columns A to 0
    Rows can vary slightly.

What is an elegant way of identifying mismatched rows (and ideally the cell where the mismatch lies)?

I have made an inelegant solution but would like something better.
My current implementation involves Conditional formatting on the cells comparing where != and highlighting mismatched cells in Red.
Additionally I have concatenated columns A through 0 and compared them using an IF statement.

It works - just not optimum.
