Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    What happens when a package is lost by ups?
    I have been waiting on a 100euro pair of earphones and just now they have told me the package has been lost

    What happens now?

    Tell the sender. Its between them and UPS.

    I've done that. I've to wait 7 business days for the investigation and possible resend.
