These certainly won't stack - or will they?

    PURCHASE DATE 10 FEB 2020
    VOUCHER EXPIRES 15 FEB 2020

Good deal if you're ready to top up, but otherwise you could be losing whatever "credit" you have left active on your account...

In the fine print it says redeem voucher by April 30th, where do you see Feb 15?

Where does those dates come from?
It says on the pigsback offer page
"Redeem your voucher by 30 April 2020"

I bought one and in the "My Vouchers" section of Pigsback, it shows the 6-month NowTV item and those two dates listed after it...

Argh that's correct, how can the dates be so wrong

An email query to PigsBack generated a boiler-plate initial response which mentions that all vouchers must be redeemed within 3 months.

So another date to work with!

    From Pigsback support;

    Thanks for contacting us.

The NowTV vouchers can be redeemed from now up until the 30th of April 2020.

I've reported that issue on your voucher to our tech team.
    Kind Regards

Just an FYI, went with the Sports deal on Pigsback at the moment and same thing, description says March 15th, voucher says Feb 15th. I've put a support request into their helpdesk and will see what sort of reply I get

    Fixed in mine now

    PURCHASE DATE
    10 FEB 2020
    VOUCHER EXPIRES
    30 APR 2020

Impressive turn around from support in fairness, you don't get that much these days unfortunately

Same quick response for me too, credit where it's due!

If you already have a NowTV subscription, when you add this voucher, does it just seamlessly kick-in when the next payment is due?

It's not for people who already have an active pass going. So you'd have to cancel, wait until the end of your pass (which would have been your next bill date) and then add the voucher

I have an active pass, which was due to expire 13th February. Entered in this voucher and was told that my next payment wasn’t due till 13th August. Didn’t cancel anything

Ah maybe it's different depending on the type of pass so. I just get an "Oops something went wrong" error on mine

Could be because mine was expiring soon. I remember before I tried to use a voucher but got a similar message to what it sounds like you got but it got add to my voucher section and then I could use it once whatever pass I had expired

I have used a few of these vouchers (Sport mainly) and they will stack once you're in last month of current deal and you have cancelled the renewal first.

Yeah, mine must be a different issue. I got onto NowTV and had them remove my pass completely. Still get the error after that, so I'm onto Pigsback support now asking them what to do

I had that when I was using it recently. It came because I was using a voucher and then another and another and hadn't paid full price for any month. NOW (Sky) said I had to pay one months full price before I could access it again. I complained and received a month voucher FOC from their support people after I have paid 1 months normal fee. Could then access the reduced cost vouchers again.

That's a weird one, I've been paying full price for the last couple of months so that shouldn't be my issue.

I'll also say, I tried using an Incognito tab so it wouldn't even have my account details and I still get the error once I put in the code and click the Sign Up button

I would speak with the NOW TV support before Pigsback. They should be able to resolve it.
