Usually you would be asked for proof of income and id , and from there you could be offered a property if it suits your needs , especially if you have been on the CBL you might already know what property your could already getting offered

    Thank you.

I was asked to bring income proof, birth certs etc. Would this mean I'd get the keys at the meeting? Yes it's for a particular property I applied through the CBL.

Do the properties come furnished or unfurnished?

    Hi
I don’t think you’ll get the keys at this meeting.
You will get another letter subsequent to this meeting telling you what you need to do/pay in order to get the keys and the MPRN.
Whatever else you do today, make an appointment to see the CWO to discuss an exceptional needs payment as you will need to buy white goods for your new home.
If it turns out that you are not moving in for whatever reason you can always cancel the CWO.
    Best of luck.

    Unfurnished ,

Depending on the property (council ,cluid ,tuath) you could have the keys within a week or two depending on the situation I know people who got and accepted offers but it was months before they could move in ,
Others I know signed on a Friday got keys on Tuesday, again all depends on if properties are finished and ready to move into and not on active buildings sites which seems to be quite common on cbl
