How to find out who manufactured our kitchen cabinets

We bought our house last year and the kitchen is relatively new. We want to add additional cabinets but have been unable to find an exact match. We don't have contact details for the previous owners to find out who did/where they got the kitchen. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

It's the doors you want to match not the cabinets. Most kitchen companies buy in the doors from one of the 5 main manufacturers.

    Post a photo.

Thanks, I've uploaded a photo. Hard to tell the colour in the photo but it's a pale sage green. We wanted to get a larder cupboard for a unused area of the kitchen.

    Cuddy kitchens

That's Cherrymore Kent, don't think that's available in any shade of green.

Looks like a 5-piece shaker with a woodgrain.

Do you know if it's timber/painted or foil wrapped?

Thanks Graham, it's foil-wrapped as far as I can tell.

Cant think of anyone that manufactures a sage green in foil. There are a few Dakar foil wrapped but they're a darker shade than I"m seeing in your photo.

Might be worth popping one of the doors off and unscrewing the hinge, look in the hinge hole and you should be able to see if it's MDF/foil or timber/painted.

Is there a woodgrain effect or am I just imagining that in your photo.

There is a woodgrain effect. I will check the hinge hole later - didn't think of that. I found this one online and it's very similar...I think it could be the same

The Kensington has a chamfered profile around the inner side of the rails/stiles that I don't see on your door.

It's hard to tell from the poor quality photo but there is a chamfered profile round the inner side of the rails. Should there be a label/marking anywhere on the cabinets that might help identify the manufacturer?

If it's got the 45 degree chamfer (about 4mm across), it's almost certainly the Kensington. It's the only sage green foil wrapped door I know of in the market at the moment and certainly the only sage green foil chamfered.

The manufacturer of the Kensington doesn't make cabinets so in the unlikely event you find any markings they won't help other than to identify the manufacturer of the cabinets.

The good news, if it is the Kensington Sage Green then it is still in production

Sorry to hijack thread OP but I have the same problem.

Wonder could someone point me in right direction as to where to order more units from.

Just to correct my earlier post, Kensington Sage Green is a paint to order colour not a stock sage green foil/vinyl.
