This may be unfair, but there’s a guy who seems to be on the TV despite no apparent talent whatsoever. I hear people giving out about Ray D’Arcy, Jason Byrne etc, but this is a different scale of talentlessness completely. The fella has nothing. I’m honestly baffled.

Does he have something on someone?

I saw him in the International Comedy Club a few years ago. Found him very funny if slightly shambolic and frantic comedy is your thing.

Ach maybe I’ve just never seen him at his best. He’s never done anything of note on RTE despite being constantly there

There was a very small, charity comedy gig held in my area awhile back. One of the organisers knew him so he did some of it. Credit where it's due, he was very good. Bit mental but funny nonetheless

I'd agree hes poor on TV but he is decent live to be fair to him. Seen him at the cat laughs in Kilkenny. Long time ago though at this stage.

^^^ This 100%, definitely more an observational humourist. Telly is not his gig. Albeit he tends to be inconsistent, but thats to my tastes

I saw him as a warm up act to somebody else once and really liked him.

i know he used to introduce the guests on the Tommy Tiernan show, but other than that I don't know when I last saw him on telly. I saw him 'live' once, he wasn't doing stand-up or anything, just down the pub...
