Adult dependant

Going unreg for privacy. Is there anything in SW law that states that the adult dependant is resident in the same house as the main claimant? I have no grounds to claim anything in my own right and will only be away from the usual residence for a few months at most.

If you will be out of the country, or imprisoned, then you cannot be claimed for as a dependant.

If the payment is means tested, then again, no.

Otherwise, it seems you can.
