SHEIN delivery

Just wondering if anyone has ordered from SHEIN and if the parcel was delivered to your home address.
I have tracked the parcel to the Post Centre in Portlaoise saying it’s ready to be picked up. I only bought €70 worth of clothes so I most likely have to pay VAT. The postal address of the package is in Dublin, but now I’m wondering if I have to go the Portlaoise to pick up the parcel.
    Has anyone encountered this?

I've ordered from Shein & had no problem with delivery.
How long is the parcel in portlaoise?
