    betfair hurdle .

Nelson Rivers 4th in the triumph last year is nice form for a 66/1 shot . He’s run this year twice on heavy ground which didn’t suit . A decent flat run latest should have sharpened him up for this .

    1 point ew 66/1 6 places sky/hills

Ciel De Neige is the best handicapped horse in training off 135!

Will go off at 5/1 or less and win

Have him in my tracker since Fairyhouse run back on the 1st Dec...

Have him in my tracker since Fairyhouse run back on the 1st Dec...

Geraghty wasn’t overly hard on him and conveniently “dropped” his whip. Got an awful ride off Donie McInerney in Limerick at Christmas. I don’t usually criticise jockeys but it was a shocker, anything he could do wrong he did it. I think he could be a 150+ rated horse by the end of the season.

Mid div to placed supreme horse is what you need to win the betfair.
Bannerkingrebel fits that bill for me.

Beyond the Law looks a cracking ew bet in the first at Naas today...particularly with PP & Boyles paying 4 places. The Cheltenham hc weights are due out, so it maybe that this one is out for a spin and midfield finish to get another couple of pounds of his back...but if he's on a going day he'd eat most of this lot. M Morris had a double at Thurles on Thursday also.

Virgin have just lost the rights to air ITV4 and any other ITV channels.
Anyone without Sky, Racing TV or an alternative arrangement will be stuck for the racing later today as they are showing the rugby.
They have pulled their ''Talk to'' platform recently from here too.

More Yankee madness for me today. A host of accums and 4 folds, trebles etc.

    Warwick
    2.05 Rough Vif
    2.40 Copper Gone West
    Newbury
    1.50 Versatility, Thunderstruck
3.35 Lightly Squeeze, Nelson River , Not so Sleepy

I see Andy Mac has Flamingo's Court out again since it won handy at Thurles on Thursday. Fair play for going for it and the 10/1 could look huge. Cut the mustard is useful but 2/5 looks very nasty.

If 2 out of every 3 odds on shots get beaten, (look it up if you don't believe me) the bookies big treble today would have to be Altior, Native River and Cut the Mustard. All 2/5 on shots the combined treble is 7/4. The law of averages says that one of them gets beaten.

Daphne Du Clos (Uttoxeter 12.48), Nube Negra (Warwick 14.05) and Altior treble for me @6s

    Bannerkingrebel @9/1 single win.

    And just like that reappears!

Sceau Royal 5/2 w/o Altior over 2m on good ground seems huge to me

Ew on remiluc (100/1) and magic dancer (50/1) in 3:35 for me.

    Bun doran (28/1) in 2:25

Ciel De Neige odds being hammered, Kauto called the SP by the looks of it... now lets hope he does the job!!

After Chanty House going in I’ll try Stolen Silver ew 20/1 in the Betfair. Wicked race

I’m tempted to have a nibble e/w on Native River in the gold cup at 12/1.

The price of Ciel Dé Niege here is laughable.
Not so sleepy at 10/1 + must be a bet.

    Ran no race :(

Strange race that. Favorite every chance. Be wary enough backing him going forward. He needs to landed on the line I'd say. Coleman got there way to soon.

Did never Adapt breakdown pulled up after first.

Not sure he broke down. Was hard to see.

The start was a disgrace actually.

    mmm, probably not.

The start was messy, he could have taken a clip when they were faffing around. I couldn't believe what a haims they made of it, you could tell immediately it was going to be a clusterphuck with the way the hurdle and the chase course are. The hurdle and the chase fence made it real awkward for everyone, bad planning.

Native Rivers jumping wasn't 100%, stayed on well on the run in. Nice win but you'd be expecting that from a 1/3 shot

I would say you were roaring at the telly at the finish, unlucky.

I was 😄, thought for a second he might win it. Put him up here a few weeks ago when he was outsider of field and think he finished last!! It was his first run back after a year - Obviously needed it! Has some good form in the book and if he turns up at Cheltenham he could go off at a good price again. Never seems to win though.
