    I have a 2010 vintage MBA (A1370) and need to install a new OS on it.
    Where can I find out what version of OSX it is compatible with and where can I get my hands on the actual OS?

    Unfortunately you can only access that link if you are running OSX.

    You should be able to do internet recovery to reinstall the OS.
