    Hi,

Currently have 2 kids in college, paying 6,000 euro in fees. Claiming back tax for

last year and am wondering if I can claim against this. I have looked at the

revenue site and realise 3000 is disregarded but am unsure if I can claim for the

balance. Answer is probably staring me in the face but coming off night shift this

week so head is a bit fuzzy.

If you are paying €6000 for 2 kids in full time courses there is just the one disregard of €3000.

You can claim relief on the remaining €3000.
