Car mats, clear see-through plastic covers

    Hi All,

Managed to get cream interior on my motor which I thought would be nice at the time but now realise it shows up the smallest amount of dirt particularly on the floor mats.

I remembered having a rental car before that had the same interior but had these clear see through plastic mat cover that stuck to the cream mats and looked pretty decent. I was just wondering if anyone came across them before or knew where to get them? I have checked MG's, Halfords a few other places but haven't come across them yet.

    Thanks in advance!

    MM

Don't know about covers but I use black mats For winter and keep my bright ones for summer.
Only thing that works for me.

First thing that came to mind for me what this kind of stuff that I remember being in almost every hall in bungalows in the 80s
    s-l300.jpg, awful awful stuff.

Friend of mine recommended scotch guard spray to me before, stops stuff sticking to the carpet, never bothered with it personally, I've a cream interior in my car but I also have 2 small kids so not worth the stress, just limit any eating in the car and give it a good vacuum once a month, I find the vacuum in CircleK quiet good actually. Saying that, purple glitter kinetic sand is the work of the devil, impossible to get out of carpet.

No harm in having contrasting floor mats. Cream mats are just silly.
