    Hi all,

I have recently noticed considerable wind noise from the drivers side of my 2012 Volvo S60, especially when travelling above 80 kph. Would anyone have any ideas on how to sort it?

    Thanks

Is your window rubber torn or distorted? Is the window itself closing fully? is the door seating properly?

Had similar problem before and it was due to a slight nick in the rubber seal around the door. Could have got a new seal or sourced one from a scrapyard but deemed the job too much of a pain in the hole to fix for the pain it would resolve, just lived with it.

Use some silicon spray on the doors and check they are snug on the door the whole way around.

As someone mentioned above a small tear in the seal can cause noise as well, basically you want to make it as airtight as possible.

Check the trim around the windscreen. If it has moved it can cause noise.

Fold in the wing mirror and try. These can cause the noise.
If it is the wing mirror there is some small plastic things you can buy to break the airflow and thus the noise.
