    As, by definition, martyrs are dead they probably don't feel anything.

    I've never understood actual martyrs.

    Surely if God valued us and loved us, he would prefer us to deny him with our fingers crossed behind our backs than to die??

    If life is so precious why do we glorify martyrs ?
