Paper bill

    Hi there, I was wondering is it possible to get a official printed bills going back the last 6 months ,solicitor is requesting originals and I’ve been paperless for years ?

    Hi Aidan, 

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    The only copy we can issue is the same as the version available online. The solicitor should accept these as paper bills were never issued to you as you are on Online Billing. In any case, a copy will always look like the version available in Your Account Online. These are normally accepted as proof of address.

    We can request a registered customer letter confirming you are an Electric Ireland customer if you wish. 

    If so, please send us a private message with the following details: 

    - Your address
    - Your account number
    - The first line of your address
    - Confirmation you are the account holder (Yes/No)
