Spare wheel for 2017 30 kWh Leaf

    Hi all,

    I have been lurking here for a number of years reading threads about the Leaf, but I am now in the process of getting my first electric car.

    I was pretty annoyed when I realised that the 2017 Leaf doesn't come with a spare wheel / tyre so I found a place that sells them:

    Does anybody have any experience with this place? I want to get a spare wheel that will work when needed and a jack that won't collapse at the slightest load on it!

    Just to update in case it is of use to anyone in the future. The wheel etc. was delivered quickly and it seems okay, the holes seem to line up with the original wheels and the jack seems sturdy enough. Of course one only really knows what's it like when it has to be used, but gives piece of mind knowing it's there in the boot. Takes up a bit of room though...

    I believe the new leaf's come with a spare now ( the temporary type spare)
