    Hi Macadam,

Thanks for reaching out to us here today on Boards.ie.

You can certainly cancel a direct debit using www.365online.com. If the direct debit has come out of the account before, if you scroll to where it came out there will be an orange "+" button. Clicking this will bring up a blue "Cancel" button. Clicking this will prefill a Direct Debit Cancellation Form and cancel this direct debit mandate.

If the direct debit has not come out of the account yet, we have a direct debit cancellation form in "Manage Accounts" > "Direct Debit Services". To complete this, you will need the Unique Mandate Reference number. It might be necessary to get in touch with the debtor to request this number.

In all cases, we would recommend getting in touch with the company, just to let them know you are cancelling the direct debit.

    We hope this information helps.

    Thanks,
    Richard
