Insurance fraud case

    So this guy from co. Lusk claims 60000e against motor insurance. With video evidence against him showing he is fit and not showing signs of any injuries.. he withdrew his claim upon evidence.
    Insurance company seeks legal costs against him.

    I wonder the fact he lied in court and false statements , will he be prosecuted for this.

    I personally think he should. Stuff like this needs to be stamped out .

    He's not exactly unfamiliar with the courts. Article about him in the sun. Says this case has been forwarded to the gardai.

    you are ignoring the fact that the wheelchair photos were almost 3 years after the incident, Its reasonable to believe that he wasn't claiming total immobility and wsa partly recovered at this time although a spiteful neighbour sold an exaggerated story to the gutter press

    I agree he is no angel but the previous incidents hardly amount to major criminality; ( shoplifting about €14.45 and motoring offences )
