Not much. If you have an iPhone or iPad you can click about the TV app and see the content without having to subscribe

There’s only about eight shows: the Morning Show (which stars Jennifer Anniston and Steve Carrell) is the apparent standout, with Sci fi shows For All Mankind and See being the others. Theres no third party content. Tbh I imagine most people who have Apple TV+ only have it because they are getting the twelve month free offer with an iOS/tvOS product.
