My Xperia L1 says memory full when not

My Xperia L1 says internal memory 10GB is full but when i open in computer all the folders are almost empty. May be a couple hundred MB used in all. Rest is transferred to the external card edit Solved. An app cache was taking up 6GB, I wasn't able to find the cache for while
