Advice needed on bathroom lighting

Hey guys I'm in need of some advice on my current recessed bathroom lighting. I have 3 recessed lights, one of which came loose from the ceiling plasterboard (?), and now the hole seems slightly too large for the light fixture to stay in place.

Is there a particular product available that might help the light stay in the ceiling, and obviously something that's designed to take the heat of those lights.

These lights are normally held in place by a spring mechanism so unless the hole has been made bigger since the light was installed then it should be just a matter of fixing the spring mechanism. If you're unsure of how the spring mechanism should work just pull down one of the other lights and copy the spring in it.

Thanks for the advice guys, really appreciate the help. I'll probably swap out the three for newer LEDs.

Currently older halogen style bulbs, but I'm looking at replacing them with LEDs

Yes, it's a spring mechanism. The receiver/cup type part in the ceiling has moved and the springs aren't fitting into any more. I'll try to replace the entire light with newer LEDs
