    Depends on how tidy and kept looking it is.
    can't see it being a issue if it is above.

    Depends entirely where you work.

    I work in third level education so it's not a problem at all. lots of academics tend to a bit eccentric themselves.

    Sales/law/banking? Totally different thing.
