    What are employers normally looking for when they ask for copies?

    Is it the actual award or transcript of results?

    I only ever gave in a photocopy of the award itself. I don’t think I ever found out the individual results or would have any means of finding out.

    I give both.

    To be honest, it's because my results are good and I want to show off a bit.

    I guess if my results were poor I'd only give a copy of the certification.
