Immersion smart switch

Hi, I’m just wondering can I fit a smart timer switch which can be used with Alexa. This would be to replace a normal segmented timer type switch also can I fit this myself or will it need a sparky to fit it?

I use this its very good works with Alexa no problem https://www.alertelectrical.com/optimum-connect-wi-fi-socket-box-mounted-time-switch-op-sbwf01.html. I bought it off Amazon
