Business student hoping to get into Management Consulting, any advice?

    I'm a 2nd year business student.

I've been looking at potential career paths to follow after graduating and I really think management consulting is what I want to do.

I went into a business degree because I love figuring out how businesses work, why Google is bigger than Bing, why that failed but this worked..

I'm currently at an IT, I was at a 'well regarded' NUI but I hated it, so here I am.

I have work experience next year so I'm hoping to make use of that.

How can I best position myself to get into management consulting after graduating?
    Masters maybe?

I know people will say 'why would a 20 something year old get hired as a consultant but they do.
I want to get into a graduate scheme if at all possible.
